Free athletic physicals are available for Marion School District athletes at Mitchell Family Medicine's new children's clinic, The Ark, and at Marion Minor Medical Clinic the following times in the month of June Parents, please accompany your athlete to the physical if they are unable to provide necessary medical history information for themselves. Athletes are asked to take a physical form with them. See attachment to print off: See the following schedule of times available for each grade level. We realize this is short notice as we plan under unusual conditions. Scheduled days for Junior High Athletes to receive a physical at The Ark or Marion Minor Medical during regular business hours: Entering 9th grade-- June 10-12 Entering 8th grade-- June 15-19 Entering 7th grade-- June 22-26 High School Athletes makeup days-- June 29-30 Free athletic physicals will be performed on the campus of Marion High School's School Based Health Center on the following days for HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ONLY: HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS ONLY Friday, June 19 8:00-11:30 baseball, golf, soccer 12:30-3:00- softball and tennis *max 45 students will be seen. First come, first serve. Monday, June 22 8:00-11:30 Sr. High Football (last name A-K) 12:30-3:00 Sr.High Football (last name L-Z) *max 100 students will be seen. First come, first serve. Friday, June 26 8:00-11:30 volleyball, cheer, and cross country/track 12:30-3:00 basketball *max 100 students will be seen.
